  • It is considered unethical for authors to submit a manuscript that has been fully or partially submitted elsewhere, published, or is in the process of review.

  • Plagiarism and falsification in any part of submitted manuscripts must be strictly avoided.

  • Authors must include a conflict of interest statement and state all funding sources.
